I recently celebrated my Dad's birthday at this fantastic resort with my entire family, and we had an unforgettable experience. The stunning atmosphere, delicious food, and warm hospitality made our stay so memorable. However, the location could be a little tricky to navigate at first, and while the amenities were good, some could use more maintenance. Overall, it's a beautiful place for family gatherings and relaxation.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful gardens, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and lackluster dining options. While the rooms were charming and comfortable, the amenities need considerable improvement. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway, it might be worth it, but be prepared for some downsides, especially in service and dining quality.
Overall, my experience at Samode Bagh was a delightful escape into nature. The unique tent-like cottages provided a cozy and clean environment, and I appreciated the beautiful gardens. However, the service could use some work, as it was slow and inconsistent at times. The dining options were decent but a bit pricey for what was offered. I'd suggest focusing on the a la carte menu for better value instead of the buffet.
The hotel is a lovely retreat with beautiful public spaces and well-maintained gardens that offer a peaceful escape. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and friendly, making dining a pleasant experience. However, the rooms felt a bit tired, and my interaction with some of the gate and reception staff was not the best, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. While I appreciated the setting, some service inconsistencies impacted my stay.
We had a lovely stay at this resort, with an all-inclusive package that made everything very convenient for us. The hospitality was top-notch and the surrounding nature was a delight for bird lovers like us. However, noise from nearby construction was a bit disruptive at times, and the dining options outside of Indian food could use some improvement.
